I advise on the purchase and sale of companies and also manage the transaction process. I advise on transfers of small and medium-sized companies in Denmark.

I have solid experience with M&A work over the past 20 years. Mainly with medium-sized or bigger companies.

The advicing includes e.g.

- Planning and management and choice of transfer form, etc. taking into account tax and company law matters

- Initial discussions and documents

- Establishing a data room/conducting due diligence

- Possibly investment control, merger control, and similar necessary conditions

- Transaction documents, including the transfer agreement, and related documents such as ownership agreements, financing documents

- Entering into and carrying out the transfer and any follow-ups
